アンデルセン公園 Andersen Park

千葉の船橋アンデルセン公園に行ってきました。沙羅も動物と触れ合ったり、体を動かして遊んだりして、シルバーウィーク最後にして大満喫の一日でした！
We have been to the Funabashi Andersen Park in Chiba. Sarah was super satisfied with the interaction of animals and physical exercises on the last day of "silver week"!

  

科学館 Science Museum

板橋にある区立教育科学館に行ってきました。プラネタリウムまであって本格的で、沙羅も「一日遊んでいられる」と言って、充実した時間でした♪
We have visited Itabashi Science & Education Museum. This is sophisticated including the planetarium - Sarah enjoyed her time there saying "I can play here all day long" ;-)

障がい者スポーツ体験 Para-Sports Experience

パラリンピックが盛り上がるこのタイミングに、障がい者スポーツを体験できるイベントに参加しました。夏のスケートや吹き矢、ブラインドサッカーなど、沙羅も「楽しい！もっとしたい」と興味津津でした♪家の近くにナショナルトレーニングセンターやトレセン通りがあり、何かとスポーツに力を入れている北区、沙羅も運動大好きっ子になってほしいです。
We have experienced para-sports while the Paralympic games 2016 is held. Sarah enjoyed summer skating, blowguns, blind soccer etc - saying "So much  fun and I wanna play more! " I hope she loves playing sports and becomes an athlete as it's close to the national sports training centre nearby home ;-)

東京近郊の公園 Parks around Tokyo

東京近郊にも公園がたくさんあります。すぐ近くにある赤羽自然観察公園は自然の宝庫。虫取り網と虫かごを持って探検するのが大好きです。近所の清水坂公園では水遊びができます！中央公園は、中央図書館に隣接しており、沙羅もDIY体験などを楽しんでいました♪板橋のこども動物園は無料でポニーやモルモット等と触れ合えます。北鹿浜公園では、色々な乗り物に乗ることができて沙羅も大満足！最後に、ぐんまこどもの国は、たくさんの遊具や山頂からのボブスレーがあり一日楽しめます♪

There are many parks around Tokyo. Akabane Nature Study Park nearby home has a full of nature - Sarah loves exploring there with a butterfly net and insect cage. Shimizuzaka Park enables us to enjoy water play! Sarah enjoyed DIY and the like in the Central Park adjacent to the central library. We can touch pony and guinea pig for free in the kids zoo of Itabashi. Sarah was so satisfied with riding various vehicles in Kitashikahama Park. Finally, Gumma Kids Park has various playground equipment and bobsleigh from the top of the mountain - we can enjoy it all the daytime ;-)
