ひな祭り・京都 Doll's festival & Kyoto

ひな祭りのお祝いをしました。沙羅も手作りのお雛様を飾って楽しんでいました！京都に行ってきましたが、ひな祭りや梅の季節にちなんだ装いでした♪
We have celebrated for the doll's festival. Sarah enjoyed the handmade chick ornament! I also have been to Kyoto, that's decorated according to the doll's festival and plum blossom ;-)

大阪・京都小旅行 Short Trip to Osaka & Kyoto

友人に会いに家族で大阪・京都に行ってきました。大阪ではお好み焼き、串揚げの食い倒れ、京都では嵯峨嵐山の観光などで満喫してきました。最後は、沙羅もお腹いっぱいになってました♪

We have been to Osaka and Kyoto to see our friends. We enjoyed eating Okonomiyaki and Kushiage in Osaka and sightseeing Arashiyama in Kyoto and the like. Finally Sarah got really stuffed ;-)

北京・大阪出張 Business Trip to Beijing & Osaka

北京と大阪に出張に行ってきました。中国ではAPECの都市化に関する政策対話で、北九州市の持続可能な都市に向けた取組みを講演しましたが、各国代表の関心を集めることができて良かったです！また、色々な人にも会えて、「ディープ」な北京も知ることができました♪
大阪では、関係自治体の会議に出席しましたが、その後手厚い歓迎を頂き、大阪の歴史・文化を堪能させて頂きました♪
I have been on a business trip to Beijing and Osaka. In China, I made a presentation about Kitakyushu's experiences towards sustainable city at the policy dialogue on urbanization of APEC - it was nice to draw the interests of many delegates! Also, I have seen many people there and got to know "deep" Beijing :-)
In Osaka, I attended the meeting with related municipalities and received a courteous welcome afterwards, enjoying the history and culture of Osaka :-)
